Sequence Extractor accepts a DNA sequence along with a set of primer sequences
and returns a textual map showing the annealing positions of the primers,
restriction cut sites, and protein translations. JavaScript code nested
in the html output allows you to perform virtual restriction digests and
PCR reactions at any time using a Web browser. Use Sequence Extractor to
produce a useful and dynamic reference figure.

Sequence Extractor is written in Perl. The program and its Web interface
are available for download.
