We will begin with a short introduction to Galaxy, credits to the developer team, and point out a few publications.

We will then explore how the interface works and how to get data, prepare data, and analyze data using the Galaxy tool. We’ll describe how to save your analyses for sharing and future analysis.

Lastly, we will summarize what we learned and walk through one exercise to get better acquainted with the tool.
