Galaxy Registration

Galaxy is free and publicly available. To use the site and analysis features of Galaxy, registration is not required, but before you start using Galaxy, you might want to register on the site. Registration is free and allows the user to create workflows and save analyses, very useful features that increase the effectiveness of the tool. For the purposes of this tutorial, we’ll be registered users to show you the full feature set of the tool. You might want to register to better follow along if you wish to do so.

To register, all one need to do its click the “create” link after “Account.” That will open the “Create Account” menu where you fill out your email address and a password. It’s that easy. You can also subscribe to the mailing list where users and developers discuss features and functionality of Galaxy.
