We now have a
filtered dataset. As you see in the summary of our last history item, we’ve
retained less than 20% of the genes on the X chromosome from our original
dataset.
Our filtered dataset
was given a default name, but we might want to rename it to something more
descriptive. We will edit the name, as we did before, by clicking the pencil
icon and typing in a more descriptive name.
