Preparing Data: Change Name
Change name: DnasHs on ChrX
Operate on Genomic Intervals
This will now give
us two new datasets. This first one has no unmapped locations, so we’ll
delete it by clicking the ‘x’ and the second one we’ll rename as we did
before.
We now have a new
dataset, Dnase hypersensitive sites on the human X chromosome.
Along with the
dataset of genes with 2 or fewer exons on the X chromosome, we are now
prepared to do some analysis.
As you see, there
are a lot more manipulations and actions you can perform to prepare your
data. We’ve only shown you a few to give you an idea of what you might be
able to do, and to introduce the Galaxy tools.
Let’s do some
analysis on this data, let’s click “Operate on Genomic Intervals” to start on
the next section.
