Analyzing Data: Joining Two Datasets
Join
This will return a
new dataset of the 500 base pair upstream regions from the gene locations on
chromosome X.
As you can see,
we’ve skipped showing the steps and already opened the summary and changed
the name of this dataset as we had done with earlier datasets.
Now we can join this
dataset with our Dnase hypersensitive sites by clicking the “Join…” link
here.
