Operate on Genomic Intervals
Galaxy has a
straightforward interface to allow you to obtain data from many different
sources and to prepare the data for further analyses.You would then proceed to analyze your
data with one of the many tools available, such as operations on genomic
intervals.
The tools are in the
left hand column, the tool interfaces and data views are shown in the middle
column, and the history of your analysis steps is shown in the right history
column.
