Sequences - Create, Edit and Add
You can add personal sequences
to SeqWeb in three ways:
(1)You
can specify a local file on your personal computer and upload it to the SeqWeb
server,
(2) You can copy and paste a
sequence into SeqWeb, or
(3) You can create a new
sequence in SeqWeb.
Database
Sequences - Retrieve and Loading
SeqWeb provides DNA and protein databases. All DNA databases are a
combination of sequences in GenBank and the EMBL Data Library. Due to the
large duplication between GenBank and EMBL, GCG has eliminated EMBL sequence
entries sharing the same primary accession number as sequences in GenBank.
